NATE CARLIN
General Superintendent & Founder
An accomplished and results-driven professional with 15+ years of extensive experience in overseeing commercial building projects in the Bay Area. Equipped with a record of success on process improvement, combined with demonstrated abilities in defining solutions for safe and cost-effective operation. When at home, Nate enjoys being a dad, skiing, golfing, fly-fishing and watching the Minnesota Vikings.

ALAN SAU
Project Manager & Co-Founder
Alan is a Co-Founder of Foundry Construction. He is a seasoned leader with experience in high profile and complex construction projects. He is responsible for overseeing the project management and estimating divisions across the company. Alan's deadline-driven commitment to service and quality help guide his team in delivering extraordinary products. In his free time, Alan and his wife enjoy biking, snowboarding, and rock climbing with their two dogs.
